MediaCircus.TV is a partnership of media professionals that deliver creative broadcast design for video and interactive media.

MediaCircus.TV owner Scott Carnegie is an award winning Producer and Editor originally from Northern Manitoba. Scott has done work for a variety of TV Stations and Production Companies since 1997 including CBC, Global, APTN, A-Channel, Mid-Canada Productions, MuchMusic and spent some time as a radio DJ.

Scott has a broad base of media knowledge that includes editing, camera operation, producing and motion graphics. His background as a musician also adds to the level of creativity that can be achieved through the production process.
